Overview
My Instafit app is a fitness tracking and community platform where users record workouts, runs, nutrition and progress, join PT groups, participate in leaderboards and fitness competitions, and share achievements.
Data Collected
Account information, profile data, workout logs, nutrition logs, running/activity data (where permission is granted), photos, leaderboard participation, device diagnostics and support requests.
Health Data
Health and fitness data is collected only with user consent and is never sold or used for advertising. Users may disconnect Apple Health or Android Health Connect at any time.
Community
Users may create profiles, join PT groups, compete on leaderboards and interact with other members. Users are responsible for their own content.
Competitions
Verified PTs may organise competitions and giveaways. Official rules, eligibility and prizes must be published. Apple and Google are not sponsors.
Payments
Premium subscriptions unlock additional storage and features. Payments must comply with Apple App Store and Google Play billing rules.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Industry-standard authentication and access controls are used.
User Rights
Users can access, update, export and request deletion of their data.
Children
The app is not intended for users below the minimum age permitted by applicable law.

Designed to comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies.
